Sub. Request for donation to “AMPHAN” victims.
You might have hard or noticed in TV / Radio/ News paper that on 20th. May 2020 the unprecedented super cyclone, “AMPHAN” has taken life of about 82 men/women, Lakhs of house of poor villagers are fully damaged , about 1.11 lacks of village people homeless in Gangasar, 24 Parganas (South) and 24 Parganas(North). Over 1600 villages are under water by damaging river bund. Our TOS groups in those locations rushed with relief materials to the Cyclone affected victims. Our 5 nos TOS school (Out of 10) of south 24 parganas and one TOS building of Gangasagar heavily damaged.
Estimated amount for recovery of damaged building and TOS building is about Rs. 2,00,000/- Lakhs.
TOS West Bengal takes the responsibility of Rs.50000/- from their own fund and by donation from TOS members of West Bengal. Rest Rs.150000/- help is requested from TOS India.
I hope you and TOS India Section will be kind enough to recover the damaged school buildings.
